# B2B Network

In bike, hike & boat travel, tour operators sell through many resellers — and resellers source from many tour operators. Every partnership means coordinating **pre-season product data** as well as **in-season booking related travel documents**. Without automation, each new partner adds manual work — and neither side can scale.

The GUIBO B2B Network solves this for both sides:

{% hint style="info" %}
The GUIBO B2B Network is not a closed system. Tour operators can work with any reseller. When both sides are on GUIBO, additional workflows become fully automated.
{% endhint %}

### B2B Network roles and principles

#### Tour Operator

The **product owner**. Creates and maintains the product, owns the content, and is responsible for operations. In the B2B Network, the tour operator decides what to share with which reseller — from booking related travel documents to pre-seasonal product data like GPX files and demo bookings.

#### Resellers

The **traveler relationship owner**. Typically a travel agency, OTA, or hybrid operator. In the B2B Network, the reseller controls the traveler communication under their own brand — [from booking related travel documents to pre-seasonal trip data like GPX files and demo bookings.](#user-content-fn-1)[^1]

### Pre-season Product Data and In-season Booking Data Sharing

<table><thead><tr><th width="124.65625">Phase</th><th>What happens</th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td><strong>Pre-season</strong></td><td>Operators share product data with resellers — so resellers can prepare sales channels and support teams before the first booking arrives.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>In-season</strong></td><td>Operators share bookings — GUIBO delivers a re-branded Trip Link with all travel documents under the reseller's brand.</td></tr></tbody></table>

### How it works for each side <a href="#how-it-works-for-each-side" id="how-it-works-for-each-side"></a>
