We're excited to announce new personalization features coming to the GUIBO Tour Guide App, along with integration details to help you prepare your booking system for the 2025 season.
Travelers want to know exactly what to expect from their accommodation, both before and during their trip. That's why we've enhanced the GUIBO Tour Guide App to provide more detailed information about accommodations and trip dates.
While we'll reveal the new app interface in the coming weeks, here are the technical steps to prepare your system for the launch:
The app automatically places accommodation information into the correct day category. To enable this:
Open your guidebook's structure view
Click the calendar icon next to each day category
Assign day numbers (Day 0 represents arrival day)
Update your API integration to include trip dates when creating releases. Here's an example:
Provide the arrival date, departure date as well as any comment or description along with the accommodation POI as follows.

We are happy to announce, that you can now add resellers to specific bookings via our webportal. Until now, this was only possible via API.
With GUIBO's reselling capabilities, you can connect with other GUBO accounts and simply add them as a reseller for specific bookings. This will
rebrand the travel docs (Weblink, App, Booklet) to the reseller's look and feel on the fly, and
make this release visible in your reseller's account - always in the latest version for the specific booking
