GUIBO Network
What is the GUIBO Network and what can you do with it?
The GUIBO Network is a powerful B2B platform where tour operators and agencies can streamline their operations. They can establish new partnerships and automate their travel document sharing processes with built-in rebranding capabilities. In the Webportal - accessible via GUIBO Network - users can:
discover tour operators and agencies to find new partners
share demo releases to showcase products to potential partners based on interactive media
connect with each other as a precondition to share releases
share releases to automate the publishing of booking-related travel documents between operators and agencies
re-brand releases to the look and feel of the agency's brand in order to maintain brand consistency from a traveler's perspective
share overview maps for the agency's webshop that are always up-to-date
How to share releases from operators to agencies?
When two GUIBO accounts establish a connection, the process becomes simple and automated. The operator creates a release and designates the agency as the seller. Once set, the release appears instantly in both GUIBO accounts' release dashboards.
This functionality is also available through our API (link). Your booking system can automatically set the seller when generating agency releases, eliminating manual steps entirely.
How to share releases for agencies not part of the GUIBO Network?
For agencies outside the GUIBO network, you can create and manage partner accounts independently. These accounts represent your partner agencies while remaining under your control. You can designate these accounts as sellers when creating releases, just as you would with standard GUIBO accounts.
How to create partner accounts?
Click Account in the upper right corner
Click manage partners in the opening menu
Click the green plus button
Enter two key details:
The name of the agency
The e-mail address you use for logging in
Voilà: The account is ready. You can now set this agency as a seller when creating releases. See below how to setup the agency's look & feel (click).
How to re-brand releases for agencies?
When an agency is assigned to a release, GUIBO automatically adapts the content to match the agency's brand identity. Here's what changes:
Release Page
Replaces the operator's logo with the agency's logo
Updates the main color scheme to match the agency's brand colors
Tour Guide App
Integrates the agency's app access credentials
Provides GUIBO app access as a fallback when no agency app exists
Roadbook PDF
Applies the agency's cover for the roadbook's first and last page
How to customize the re-branding for agencies?
The re-branding process relies on the agency's GUIBO account settings: When an operator is sharing a release with you, your look & feel settings will be applied for the re-branding.
For partner accounts (representing agencies without GUIBO), you'll need to configure branding settings within the partner account itself.

Account settings -> general settings -> logo upload

For GUIBO accounts only: Submit a support ticket for customization. Note: This feature isn't available for partner accounts.
