Share pre-seasonal trip data

How tour operators can selectively share specific guidebook components with reseller accounts, giving precise control over what partners can access and use.

Available pre-seasonal sharing options:

TourMaps	Interactive webshop maps	Resellers embed branded maps in their webshop to improve conversion
GPX Files	Downloadable route files	Partners can offer GPX downloads to their customers pre-booking
Booking Preview	Demo traveler release	Showcase the complete travel experience to potential customers

What resellers can access:

• Shared components appear in the reseller's account under GUIBO Network → My Network → Select partner

• Each component has restricted access based on your selection

• Resellers cannot modify content, only view/use authorized components

1. Here's how tour operators can share guidebook assets:

1. Navigate to Guidebooks

2. Click sharing icon per guidebook

3. Provide your partner's email address

4. Choose which components to share:

   • ☑️ TourMaps - For webshop integration

   • ☑️ GPX Files - For route downloads

   • ☑️ Booking Preview - For demo releases

5. Click Share

2. Here's how tour operators can edit sharing options:

• Navigate to Guidebooks

• Click sharing icon per guidebook

• Click edit icon for the partner you want to change sharing options

• Choose which components to share:

  • ☑️ GPX Files - For route downloads

  • ☑️ Booking Preview - For demo releases

• Click Save
