Work with resellers not on GUIBO

When you want to share data with resellers not on GUIBO, you have two options:

1. Invite reseller for free GUIBO account _{(recommended)} Invite resellers to create a free GUIBO account to benefit from all sharing options and make trip data sharing as easy as possible for you and your reseller.

2. Create self-managed reseller brand You create and manage the reseller's brand on your own. Once this is setup, you can set this brand for any booking in order to receive a Trip Link under this brand's look and feel.

How to invite resellers to GUIBO

If your reseller doesn't have a GUIBO account yet, you can invite them with a personal invitation link:

1. Click GUIBO Network in the left menu

2. Click the orange Invite Partner button at the top

3. Copy your personal invitation link

4. Send the link to your reseller

Your reseller opens the link and sees an overview of the free GUIBO account benefits. They can book a short intro call (about 15 minutes) with the GUIBO team to set up their free account.

Optional: Join the intro call together with your reseller if you'd like to be part of the onboarding.

How to create a self-managed reseller brand

1. Click GUIBO Network in the left menu

2. Click the + button

3. Fill out the form

   1. Reseller name as company name

   2. Your GUIBO mail address

4. Logout & login again

5. Choose your reseller

6. Go to account → settings

7. Upload the reseller logo

8. Change colors

From now on, when creating a release, you can set this reseller as a seller for any specific release. This will ensure that the generated TripLink is under this reseller's look and feel.
