How to resellers and tour operators connect in GUIBO in order to share pre-seasonal data as well as booking based travel docs.

Here's how partners can connect with each other:

How to connect with partners

• Click on "GUIBO Network" in the left menu bar

• "Extend Network" is selected as default

• Click "Connect" for the partner you want to connect with

• Type in your e-mail address and a message if you want

• Click on "send"

• Track your invitation state under the tab "invitations"

• All partners with accepted invitations are listed under "My network"

Invite your resellers to GUIBO with a free account:

If your reseller doesn't have a GUIBO account yet, you can invite them with a personal invitation link:

1. Click GUIBO Network in the left menu

2. Click the orange Invite Partner button at the top

3. Copy your personal invitation link

4. Send the link to your reseller

Your reseller opens the link and sees an overview of the free GUIBO account benefits. They can book a short intro call (about 15 minutes) with the GUIBO team to set up their free account.
