Share demo releases

Showcase your guidebooks to potential or existing partners:

  1. Click GUIBO Network in the left menu

  2. Select Extend Network (new partners) or My Network (connected partners)

  3. Click Send Demo Release for the partner

  4. Select the guidebook and click Send

  5. View the demo release in the Demo Releases tab

How to share

  1. Navigate to Guidebooks

  2. Click the sharing icon per guidebook

  3. Provide your partner's email address

  4. Choose which components to share:

    • ☑️ TourMaps — For webshop integration

    • ☑️ GPX Files — For route downloads

    • ☑️ Demo Bookings — For demo releases

  5. Click Share

To create either type:

If you use Trip Links (recommended), download codes are handled automatically. If you manually provide codes to travelers, always use the Seller ID + Seller Download Code as shown on the release page.

Re-branding uses the reseller's GUIBO account settings. For self-managed partner accounts, configure branding within the partner account.
