Download codes for shared releases
Each shared release has two download codes:
Code
What it's for
Tour Operator Download Code
Used with the operator's account ID
Seller Download Code
Used with your account ID β this is what your travelers use
If you use Trip Links (recommended), download codes are handled automatically. If you manually provide codes to travelers, always use your Seller ID + Seller Download Code as shown on the release page.
You can modify the Seller Download Code in the Release Dashboard after the operator has created the release.
When using the GUIBO App (if you don't have a white-label app), travelers can download using either code combination:
Tour Operator ID + Tour Operator Download Code
Seller ID + Seller Download Code
